How can I get an absentee ballot to vote by mail?

Absentee ballot applications must be received by the Orange County Registrar of Voters no later than October 31, 2006 5:00 PM for the election to be held on November 7, 2006.

Absentee ballots must be received by the Registrar's office or at any Polling Place in Orange County before the close of the polls at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
